Exercise Pools
Swimming Pools can also be designed exclusively for exercise. A pool devoted to exercise may be long and narrow often called a lap pool. A machine could be installed to give a current to swim against. These are called never ending pools and are usually built in areas where space is a problem, they make very good indoor pools. Pools designed for recreation can include features to enhance water-based exercise, such as wall-mounted exercise bars. You could add a diving area, diving pools are generally about 2.5 meters deep with a diving board or platform and have to be built to specific guidelines as they can be hazardous if they are built incorrectly.
