A complete villa renovation at the Marina Puerto Calero, the outside was revamped with a pool upgrade, AstroTurf around the swimming pool and tiles to replace the old terracotta tiles, a new pergola with a water wall feature, outside kitchen with new balustrade.

On the lower floor, the garage was converted into a large gymnasium, and we re-arranged the layout to add 3 ensuite bathrooms rooms to existing bedrooms.

The main floor of the house we built and a new kitchen, tiled throughout, converted two existing bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms into one large bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.

For the bedroom and Livingroom design, we worked with interior designer Pablo Ramos Baldi.

Martin is extremely professional and this shows in the quality of the end product. He’s come up with some fantastic ideas for us and I would highly recommend him…
