He took a large old goat barn built in the 1980s, which had been originally converted into 2 basic 3-bedroom apartments, and sympathetically converted it into a stunning 7-bedroom 8-bathroom luxury villa with a Cesar Manrique-inspired sunken swimming pool.
Martin’s design knowledge and heavy construction expertise made a complicated job easy for me as the client.
The work quality was exceptionally good. It is now over 12 months since the job was completed and the villa still looks as good as new!!
