Nearly finished the salon just adding the final touches.
Swimming Pool base and starting the blockwork.
We finished pouring the swimming pool base last Thursday and have now started the block work which is now at the half way stage. I have had to pull the men off the job for a few days as we have just been hit by a sirocco (hot winds from Africa) The temp reaches 110
Site Excavation
Had a good day with no complications, digger just squeezed through and most importantly we managed to dig down to the required pool depth without hitting rock. There was no electrics on site so I brought down the generator to give us power for the water pump. Had to dampen down to reduce the dust

Slight change of plan, we have now completely re-wired and re-plumbed the whole local
Domolishing Wall
We have taken down the wall to allow access for the excavation of the pool, I have also had a site meeting with Teodoro the digger driver and he will excavate the site on Friday.

Puerto Calero Villa nearly finished We have just built this villa This is a four bedroom three bathroom villa with a very spacious interior, it also has a heated swimming pool and large garden. This Villa is not currently on the market but will be for sale towards the end of the year.

Hair & Beauty Salon Approx 2 weeks work, started on Thursday 28th June. have had two builders there and I will add another two workmen this Thursday to speed things up. Will start to lay floor and tile on Monday 9th. Plumbing and channeling for electrics already finished.
