The project started in January 2020 for a client, this is the construction of a new house with a swimming pool at the Puerto Calero Marina resort on Lanzarote.

Puerto Calero Villa nearly finished We have just built this villa This is a four bedroom three bathroom villa with a very spacious interior, it also has a heated swimming pool and large garden. This Villa is not currently on the market but will be for sale towards the end of the year.
