Internal floor tiles
Just finishing off the floor tiles and the last of the skirting tiles. Kitchen fitters will start fitting the kitchen on Monday.
Finishing the swimming pools with fiberglass, tiling patios and fitting the pergolas.
We have started the fiberglass for the swimming pool and spa, the plumbing for the sand filter is underway, the pergolas are nearly ready for fitting and most of the tiling in the front garden is now finished.

The air-con units have been installed. Finishing of the decorating ready for the kitchen instillation.
Doors and windows are being installed
We have just started the kitchen extension. The aluminium doors and windows have been fitted. The carpentry has been delivered and the internal doors are being fitted. Bathroom tiles are now all finished and we have started to tile the floors.
External Tiling of Patios and Stairwells
We have finished the downstairs tiling of the patios and the rear stairwells. I have fitted a metal galvanized edging to the stair treads for added strength and for long term wear and tare. Galvanived edging

Internal and external floor tiles have been fitted on both villas and the external tiles have been grouted. The entrance in the first villa is finished. The stone walls at the front of the villas are completed and the installations to connect to the mains electricity and water have been installed.
