Finishing Touches
The garden has been raked and the Picon is in place, the final painting and touching up is finished. The patio tiling is done and the solar panels have been linked to the swimming pool heat exchanger.
Filling The Swimming Pool With Water
Filling the Swimming Pool with water for the first time, the water was delivered by lorry and took two deliveries. The pergolas are nearly finished and we are grouting the remainder of the tiles at the front of the house.
Swimming Pool Update
Swimming Pool Mosaic Tiles The swimming pool has now had the fibreglass finish applied and painted with Top-Coat. The mosaic tiles are being applied to the waterline for easy cleaning of suntan oils and general dirt. The pergolas main frames are fitted and we start the T & G on Monday. We have started the fiberglass for the swimming pool and spa, the plumbing for the sand filter is underway, the pergolas are nearly ready for fitting and most of the tiling in the front garden is now finished.

The swimming pools have now been rendered and we are laying the border blocks and the screed for the patios. The patios are reinforced with steel to stop any subsidence. The plumbing for the pools is now finished and things are really starting to take shape.

Renovation Update 4th August
The swimming pool area is formed and now lines up with the natural volcanic stone walls we built, forming a lower terrace dedicated to swimming and sunbathing. The small pool will be a big hit with the kids.
