Swimming Pool Mosaic Tiles The swimming pool has now had the fibreglass finish applied and painted with Top-Coat. The mosaic tiles are being applied to the waterline for easy cleaning of suntan oils and general dirt. The pergolas main frames are fitted and we start the T & G on Monday. The swimming pools have now been rendered and we are laying the border blocks and the screed for the patios. The patios are reinforced with steel to stop any subsidence. The plumbing for the pools is now finished and things are really starting to take shape.
The swimming pool base has bean laid and the shape of the pool has bean formed. We have run the copper earth wire around the base of the pool and used 4 earthing rods for extra safety. There is a circular splash pool on the nearside with the steps entering the pool on the far
Aplying Fibreglass Finish to Swimming Pools First the rendered pool surface must be thoroughly cleaned of any dust or debris. We then apply a coat of diluted resin that will soak into the pool surface to create a good bond for the fibreglass to adhere to. Extra care must be take to the swimming pool
The swimming pools are now finished and full of water. The plumbing has been tested and the pool filters filled with sand and back-washed thoroughly to remove the finer sand. The chlorine and pH levels have been adjusted and a floculant added to remove any particles in the water.
We have added the edge tiles to the swimming pools, this obviously have a visual affect but it also makes the swimming pool edge much easier to clean as swimmers leave suntan lotion oil on the waters surface.
