Drilling for a Pozo Negro
A Pozo Negro is a bore hole which is the soak-away for the overflow of a septic tank. The hole is lined for the first 4 meters with a steal tube with an inner PVC tube that goes the the bottom of the bore hole. The overflow wast pipe of the septic tank is connected
Drilling the Pozo for the waste water
The bore hole is being drilled for the Pozo, we have reached a depth of 17 meters and still have not reached the gravel bed that sits below the volcanic rock.
Digging out for the new swimming pool
We have had to remove the old water tank to make space for the swimming pool, but luckily hit no ground rock.

Finishing touches – Walk through video
The air-con units have been installed. Finishing of the decorating ready for the kitchen instillation.
Roofs ready for painting
We are going to paint and fiber the roofs before the rains arrive this weekend. Kitchen electrics and plumbing being fitted.
Carpentry Now Installed
The doors have now been fitted and architraves on the frames. Shower floors are finished and we are waiting for the glass walls to be delivered tomorrow. Floor tiles are grouted and the skirting tiles are done.
Lanzarote Carpenter – New Internal Doors
The BI-Fold doors are in and we are now concentrating on the roof and sky light. The carpenter is fitting the internal and wardrobe doors.
